Karl and the Royston team were great to work with. It all started almost 3 years ago, when my family and I were visiting Washington for the first time. I had done my research, and we decided that Kitsap county was where we wanted to move to. But, we wanted to visit it first and check out the area, just to make sure, before we just left Florida.
I also got in touch with my local realtor friend in Florida, and he gave me Karl’s contact information. I spoke with him before our trip, and then stopped by his office to meet him in person. When he asked “when do you plan on moving?”, I replied “in about 2-3 years”. Well, knowing that, he still kept in touch with me every 4-6 months. I was also able to contact him with any questions about towns, schools, etc. and he was quick to get back to me with answers.
Then, when the time came, he helped me in the purchase of a new home build. Since he was in Kitsap county and I was in Florida, he was able to contact the sales agent for me, and do my home inspections/walk-throughs, which was great. He has been super helpful this entire, long process and I am grateful for it.
